Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery: 7 business days from dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability
  • Remote locations may require additional 2-5 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order through the courier partner's website.

Delivery Issues
