Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JSV CLaiNIC, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched
  • To cancel an order, contact us at [email protected] with your order details
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch may be treated as returns

Refund for Digital Products

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered/downloaded, unless the product is materially different from what was described
  • If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact support for resolution before requesting a refund
  • Subscription-based services may be cancelled; refunds are prorated based on unused period

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (5-10 additional business days)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Products with broken seals (hygiene/safety items)

How to Request a Refund

  3. If approved, follow the return instructions (for physical products)
  4. Refund will be initiated upon receipt and inspection of returned items
